this workshop is suitable for those

who wish to have a taste of pointed pen calligraphy. student will learn to write lowercase alphabets in modern style, which is a type of calligraphy style that does not follow the structural rules of traditional calligraphy scripts. having less rules give you more freedom and bigger room for creativity. 

​

the workshop will focus on the fundamentals of dip pen calligraphy, starting with the introductory strokes and techniques, creating thick and thin strokes with the pointed nib, and moving through formations of each lowercase letter of the alphabets.

 

no prior experience required,

this class is suitable for beginners.

workshop fee includes notes,

guided practice sheets, an oblique pen holder with nib, and a pot of ink
